Welcome
Ascension Parish Library Adult Literacy Program (APLALP) provides literacy support, free of charge, to adults through a network of trained tutors. It is our vision to help adults improve their reading and writing skills to reach their potential as workers, parents, community members, and life-long learners.
Help adults change their lives through literacy.
Current Programs

Day and evening group classes are currently available. Contact Carlos or Jeanine for times.

One-on-one tutoring in both literacy and ESL instruction is also currently available.
